Well, not really alone, he has a dog.

I was really excited about this movie and I've been looking forward to watching it for a loooooong time but I was a bit disappointed after the first half was over.

Kudos to Will Smith, he is basically the only thing holding this picture together. His character is really well played. The rest of the movie... not so much.

Starting with the special effects, I haven't seen something this bad in a while, specially from a big budget Hollywood film. If you don't have an intelligent movie at least make the special effects worth the ticket! Now, the plot is not bad (the original one) and I would have loved to see the whole agoraphobic-scary-lonely thing more developed, oh well.

Basically, its a cool movie if you are looking for a 28 days later kind of movie (without the smarts) this is the movie for you. Will Smith is excellent on it and you are bound to have a good time :)
