Suge Knight gets a beat down!

Hip-hop mogul Suge Knight was hit so hard by a man on Saturday outside L.A.’s Shaq nightclub that he reportedly lost consciousness.

According to TMZ.com, a witness saw Suge talking to a guy in a friendly manner but that it turned not so friendly quickly.

Suge shouted, "I want my money!" Suge then rushed the guy with the help of his posse, and began hitting and kicking him.

People outside the club broke up the fight, and as the man got up, he landed a right hook to Suge's face, knocking him out cold. Supposedly for nearly three minutes.

Suge (real name: Marion Knight) was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police arrived at the hospital shortly after, but said Suge was uncooperative and refused to file a police report.
