I am drafting Red Sox pitcher Clay Buchholz for my fantasy team.
Is this because I think he will have a big year for the Red Sox? No, not really.
It’s because of the true respect I have for the guy after learning he is dating Erica Ellyson, the 2008 Penthouse Magazine Pet of the Year.
Buchholz's father mentioned that his son was seeing the 23-year old centerfold on WZLX in Boston. “It doesn’t surprise me any,” said Clay’s dad Skip. “Last year up in Boston he was dating a Victoria’s Secret model, so he’s moving up the ladder."
"I mean, he’s got pretty good taste,” continued the elder Buchholz.
Ellyson also mentioned it on the Howard Stern radio show early this week. She said she was sleeping with someone on the Red Sox team, but did not mention Buchholz by name.
On her MySpace page, the Ellyson lists one of her interests as “being naked and spanking.”
And during a visit to the Stern show earlier this week, Erica stripped down with fellow Penthouse Pet Bree Olson and made out on the Stern sofa.
Clay Buchholz needs to retire!
