Basketball fans, get to know Jeremy Tyler (video)

College Basketball Lines at Inspin. Get used to this kid’s name – he’s a sophomore basketball player in San Diego and Rivals.com’s top-ranked sophomore in the country.

Tyler, a 6-foot-9, 240 pounder, averaged 18 points, 14.5 rebounds and 7.7 blocks while shooting 51 percent from the field last season.

Every big school you can think of is already reaching out to this kid, but you’d have to think UCLA would have the upper hand in getting him.

In January, a film company contacted Tyler and his family to ask permission to begin documenting Tyler’s life. The company wanted to capture Tyler’s evolution from prep star to potential college headliner to, if all goes according to plan, NBA player. See a clip below.
