The Memphis Grizzlies hope to make the FedEx forum an unfriendly environment as the San Antonio Spurs visit Tennessee in an exciting NBA Monday night match.

San Antonio will bring a four-game winning streak into the annual rodeo trip, which includes a consistent 107-96 win over the Western Conference-leading Oklahoma City Thunder on last Saturday.  The Spurs will kick off its annual nine-game Rodeo Road Trip when they visit the Grizzlies tonight.  Since 2003, the Spurs have been forced to take a prolonged trek every February since the AT&T Center hosts the annual San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.  This year's Rodeo Road Trip will feature nine-games includes tonight's  match, as well as games in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Detroit, Toronto, in LA vs. the Clippers, Utah, Portland and Denver. The team will return to the Alamo City on Feb. 29 to face the Chicago Bulls.

The Spurs have never found any problems scoring victories during the annual excursion; in fact, they hold an NBA-record for the longest single road trip winning streak (eight games, achieved in 2003). But while playing outside the AT&T center does not seem to be an inconvenient factor for the team, things may not be that easy this time, since San Antonio is just 3-8 as the visitor so far.
In the other hand, Memphis, which is kicking off a five-game homestand tonight, lost its six game in eight tries on Sunday, after falling 98-80 vs. the Boston Celtics. Memphis, which is 7-3 at home on the season, will also welcome Minnesota, Indiana, Utah and Houston to the FedExForum in Memphis, TN.
