St. Louis Rams (2-10, 1-5 away) vs. Seattle Seahawks (5-7, 3-3 home)
The Seahawks host the ill-fated Rams in a matchup that historically has been dominated by Seattle. Lead by running back Marshawn Lynch, the Seahawks (5-7) are still technically in the race to reach the playoffs; after a disappointing start, winning only two of their first eight games, they now sit in a second place tie with Arizona in the NFC West.
Lynch has exploded the Seahawks’ offensive game, accumulating an NFL best of 591 yards on the ground and running for five touchdowns since week 9. It’s Seattle’s fifth consecutive 100-yard running effort and it’s likely that they’ll make it six on Sunday, being that the Rams are surrendering a league-worst 157.8 rushing yards per game.
Meanwhile, the Rams are still suffering the loss of QB Sam Bradford and it seems it’s not about to get much easier for them, now that substituting quarterback A.J. Feeley suffered a fracture to his right thumb that puts him out of tonight’s game.
This is a good game to measure how far Seattle has come this season, as well as how they fare out with a new offensive line. With James Carpenter, Russell Okung and Jon Moffitt all injured, a hodgepodge line will take the field to try to keep the Rams off of quarterback Tarvaris Jackson.
Let’s take a current look at the line on the game:
St. Louis Rams +9 -110
Jacksonville Jaguars -9 -110
Over/Under 38 -110

Odds Analysis:
The point spread on this game has been all over the place this week. We opened the Seahawks as -10 point favorites. Early sharp money on St. Louis +10-110 drove the game down to -9-110. Information was released mid-week that Bradford was ‘doubtful’ for the game which drove the game back to -10-110.
A recent news flash earlier today upgraded Bradford to ‘probable’ and the sharp money that followed drove the game back down to -9-110. The betting public consensus is on the Seahawks right now at a ratio of 64% which should keep this game from dropping any lower than -9-110.
The total on the game opened 37-110 but the betting public has been playing the OVER at a ratio of 56%. The consensus trend on the OVER has driven the game up to the current line of o/u 38-110. If the trend continues you may see the total on this game rise to 38.5 or higher.
